Terms and conditions
Terms for consultancy engagements and course participation: how an engagement is formed, which rates apply, and how cancellation and payment work.
Engagement
An engagement is formed once the agreed format, scope and price are confirmed in writing.
Rates
Quoted amounts exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Travel outside the Utrecht region is agreed in advance.
Cancellation
Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before the appointment. After that, the reserved time is charged.
Payment
Invoices are sent per engagement or per month, with a fourteen-day payment term.
Confidentiality
All business information shared during an engagement is treated confidentially and never shared with third parties.
Liability
Advice is given to the best of my ability; business decisions and their execution remain the client's responsibility.
