Sales consultancy · Sales teams · High-ticket course · Marketing

A sales team that turns in predictable revenue, month after month.

A sales consultant helps your team get more revenue from the same leads. I focus on three things: recruiting and managing the right sales people, structuring the conversation so it closes, and filling the calendar with appointments at a cost that works. Rates from € 100 per 15 minutes, excluding VAT.

I am Georgios Tsorey. I build sales teams and the lead flow underneath them: recruiting, pitching, following up, steering on numbers — and the campaigns that fill the calendar. What earns revenue in my own companies, I put to work one-to-one in yours.

  • High-ticket selling, consumer and business

Why work with me

Three reasons to book

No slide decks, no report that disappears into a drawer. You get the sales approach I run in my own companies, applied to yours.

I have sold, and built the teams

I do not advise on selling from the sidelines. I have recruited, trained and managed sales people myself, and sat at the table closing deals myself. Every recommendation has already been paid for once — with my own people and my own ad budget.

The whole chain: vacancy to commission

Recruiting, trial pitch, onboarding, lead assignment, follow-up, quote, closing and payout. I know every link, so the conversation does not stop at "more revenue" — it moves to who does what, when, and which number you steer on.

Steering on numbers, not on feel

Conversations per day, no-show rate, quote conversion, average order value, cost per customer. We make visible where the revenue leaks away, and put the next sales rep or the next euro exactly there.

About Georgios

I work with companies that share one trait: they have to win their own customers and close their own deals. It started with high-ticket selling in solar and home batteries — a market where the deal is won or lost at the kitchen table — and grew into the entire apparatus around it.

Today that runs on systems I built: a recruitment platform that takes a sales rep from vacancy to first commission, a reactivation system that gets dormant leads talking again over WhatsApp, a CRM where quotes are signed digitally, and a lead business that delivers exclusive requests to installers.

Marketing is part of it, but never the goal. Ads are the fuel; the sales team is the engine. Most companies that come to me do not have a lead problem — they have a follow-up, pitch or staffing problem. That is where I start.

  • Recruiting, selecting on a trial pitch, onboarding and managing sales reps
  • The sales process: pitch, quote, follow-up, closing and commission
  • Lead flow: new requests as well as reactivating dormant leads
  • Marketing that fills the calendar: Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing pages

What I advise on

Four domains — three about sales, one about marketing

Pick the subject where you are stuck. In practice the conversation almost always touches two, because a sales team without lead flow runs dry and lead flow without a team leaks away.

Building a sales team

From vacancy to first commission: how to recruit sales people, select them on a trial pitch instead of a CV, and get them productive in weeks rather than months.

  • Job adverts and channels that actually produce sales people
  • Selection by trial pitch, role play and ranking
  • Onboarding, training and a fixed coaching rhythm
  • Pay: base, commission, tiers and targets

Sales process & closing

The difference between a team that closes 15% and one that closes 30% is rarely talent. It is the pitch, the follow-up, and the moment you ask for the signature.

  • Pitch structure and handling objections
  • Quote, follow-up and the second conversation
  • CRM setup and pipeline discipline
  • KPIs, forecast and the weekly sales meeting

Lead flow & appointments

Enough conversations in the calendar, at a cost that works. Including the gold already sitting in your CRM: leads that once said no or never got an answer.

  • Buying leads versus generating your own
  • Reactivating dormant leads over WhatsApp and by phone
  • Follow-up within minutes and routing to the right rep
  • Cutting no-shows and making appointments stick

Marketing that feeds sales

The smallest part of my work, and deliberately supporting. Ads are the fuel, not the engine: they have to fill the calendar with conversations your team can actually close.

  • Google Ads and Meta Ads without agency markup
  • Landing pages and forms that convert
  • Steering on cost per customer instead of clicks

For those who want to learn selling

High-ticket sales course

The offer above is for companies. This is for the salesperson: if you want to learn how to close at the kitchen table or in a boardroom, this is where you learn how that conversation works.

What you learn

  1. Why people buy high-ticket

On a large order nobody buys on features. You learn where the decision is actually made and how to steer that conversation.

  2. Structuring the conversation

Structure, the questions you ask, and why you listen twice as much as you talk. Including how to know within ten minutes whether there is a deal.

  3. Handling objections

"Too expensive", "I want to think about it", "I need to discuss it with my partner". You learn what is really behind those and how to respond without pushing.

  4. Asking for the signature

The moment most sales people back away from. You practise closing until you do it without hesitating.

  5. Follow-up and the second meeting

Most high-ticket deals are not won in the first conversation. You learn to follow up without nagging, and when to let a deal go.

  6. Performing consistently

Calendar, rhythm and the numbers you steer on. How to make a good month repeatable instead of accidental.

Start dates by arrangement. With enough participants also in-company for a single sales team.

How it works

Four steps to the table

  1. You fill in the request form

In two sentences: your team size and where it is stuck right now. The more concrete, the better my answer.

  2. A free introductory call

A reply within two working days, followed by a short twenty-minute introduction. That costs you nothing.

  3. We agree format and rate

A phone consultation, a session, a half-day or ongoing. You know exactly what it costs upfront.

  4. We get to work

You leave with decisions and action points for your team, not with homework for me.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who is this for?

For owners, directors and sales managers who want to build a sales team or make an existing one perform. From a solo operator hiring their first rep to a company with ten people on the road watching conversion slide.

Why does sales come first and marketing second?

Because most companies that come to me do not have a lead problem — they have a follow-up, pitch or staffing problem. More ad budget poured into a leaking team only makes the leak more expensive. First the team and the process, then open the tap further.

I do not have a sales team yet. Can I still work with you?

Especially then. Hiring the first rep is the hardest: get it wrong and you lose months and tens of thousands of euros. We sort out the vacancy, the selection by trial pitch, the onboarding and the pay structure before you hire anyone.

I am not in the energy sector. Is it still useful?

Yes. Energy and sustainability are where I have built the most, but I have also worked the high-ticket side in private aviation and luxury concierge. Recruiting, pitching, follow-up and commission work in any market where people sell to people.

What is the difference between a session and a half-day?

A session covers one defined question and lasts an hour. A half-day is a full review of your sales chain — from lead to signature — with a written plan of action and priorities for the next 90 days.

Do you also do the execution?

Yes, through "Build a sales team". We set up the recruiting, selection, onboarding and lead flow together, and hand it over to you or your sales manager afterwards.

What is the difference between the course and the consultancy?

The consultancy is for companies: I look at your team, your process and your lead flow. The course is for the salesperson — you learn to run and close the conversation. If you are an owner selling yourself, the course may be enough.

Do you also train the whole team?

Yes, as part of a half-day or an ongoing engagement. I would rather listen in on real conversations than address a room — a team learns more from that.

Why is there no phone number on the site?

Because otherwise my calendar fills up with conversations that lead nowhere. Everything goes through the request form: you describe your situation, you get a personal reply within two working days, followed by a free introductory call.

Is the introductory call really free?

Yes. The twenty-minute introduction costs you nothing: in it we establish together whether I can add value. Any substantive phone consultation after that is a paid service; the rate per 15 minutes is listed in the offer above.

How quickly can I get in?

I reply to your request within two working days. Introductory and phone calls are usually scheduled within a week. Sessions and half-days depend on the calendar, which tends to be booked several weeks ahead.

Do you work in Dutch or English?

Both. Sessions, scripts, documents and reporting can be entirely in English.

What if you think I would not benefit?

Then you hear that in the introductory call, and you pay nothing. An honest no beats an invoice without results.
